Gibson Guitar Corp, the leading manufacturer of musical instruments is seeking self-motivated, aggressive professionals for our 24/7 Customer Service team. Customer Service and/or sales experience with a working knowledge of guitars & other musical instruments required. The ideal candidates will possess the following:
· At least 2+ yrs. Customer Service experience (retail or call center preferred)
· Excellent phone and email etiquette is a must
· Strong organizational skills w/attention to detail
· Strong written & verbal communication skills
· Computer literacy
· Microsoft Office and CRM experience preferred
· Proven assertiveness & a “take charge” positive attitude
· Strong problem solving skills
· MUST have working/playing knowledge of the guitar – please specify experience in your submission
