Seeking an experienced Corporate Controller that can offer outstanding “executive presence” in every sense of the term. Successful candidates will have superior leadership qualities; outstanding written and verbal communication skills; and an ability to successfully manage and motivate an accomplished staff, negotiate, build bridges when necessary with external and internal consulting partners, and present complex financial information to audiences with varying degrees of financial expertise. The Corporate Controller must be a “hands-on” individual with a solid technical understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, technical research experience, analytical and problem solving skills, and an ability to develop and maintain a strong internal control and financial reporting environment.
