As we told you a few days ago, Slash and a bevy of friends – including Ozzy Osbourne – took the headlining slot of Norway’s Quart Festival Tuesday night, and they didn’t disappoint. The performance including a blistering version of the Black Sabbath classic, “Paranoid” (see below).
Slash and his All-Star band consisted of Jason Bonham on drums, Chris Chaney (Alice in Chains) on bass, John 5 (Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson) on guitar, Franky Perez (Scars on Broadway) on guitar and Teddy “Zig Zag” Andreadis (Guns N’ Roses, Alice Cooper) on the piano/harmonica. Other special guests included Rolling Stones’ guitarist Ron Wood and Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas, who will also be performing at the festival, which runs through July 4.
