Only one week removed from their first live performance in almost five years, Blink-182 took over The Tonight Show With Jay Leno this week, capping the two-night stint last night by rockin’ their biggest hit, “All The Small Things.”
The night before, Blink – who announced their imminent reunion at the Grammy Awards in February – ran through “The Rock Show” from 2001’s Take Off Your Pants and Jacket.”
Other than a couple of near-missed guitar notes, Tom DeLonge and company rocked the house both nights. See the two performances in the videos below.
Last week the California-based pop punksters played live for the first time since Dec. 16, 2004 at a private event to unveil the new T-Mobile Sidekick mobile device at the Paramount Pictures lot in Hollywood, Calif.
They kick off a 48-date reunion tour at The Joint in Las Vegas on July 24. The trek is scheduled to conclude on Oct. 3, at the Borgata Events Center in Atlantic City, N.J. According to Rolling Stone, Fall Out Boy will open for Blink for two-thirds of the shows, while Weezer picks up the remaining dates.
