The Gibson Foundation Donation Request Form

The Gibson Foundation Donation Request Form must accompany all requests.

Requests without an official Gibson Foundation form will not receive consideration. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the time we receive your request until we provide a response either approving or declining the request. Requests may be submitted via email, fax or post. Requests are not accepted by phone.

Please Note: Gibson Foundation receives a very high volume of product donation requests and has limited product available for these purposes. Previous approval of a product donation does not guarantee repeat donations.
