Meet Wynonna Judd on July 4th at Nashville’s Country Music Hall of Fame and Register to Win a Gibson Acoustic

Country-soul diva and longtime Gibson artist Wynonna Judd will be appearing for two hours at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum on Saturday, July 4, 2009, to sign autographs. This Live from the Museum Store, Presented by CMT signing will take from 2 – 4 p.m., and offers fans the chance to get up close and personal with one of the biggest country music superstars on the planet.

All attendees to this special event will also get the chance to register their names for a drawing to win a beautiful, brand new Gibson Acoustic Songwriter Deluxe Studio guitar, personalized by Wynonna Judd, and valued at over $3,500.  Anyone can enter this special drawing by simply going to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville, Tenn., and depositing an entry form at the designated entry box at the museum store. All entries must be in the entry box by 5 p.m. (CST) on Saturday, July 4, 2009.

Judd’s special appearance Country Music Hall of Famer and Museum coincides with her headlining appearance at Nashville’s 25th anniversary of the “Music City July 4th: Let Freedom Sing!” celebration at the NowPlayingNashville.com Riverfront First Stage. Judd with appear with the Grammy-winning Nashville Symphony Orchestra at 7pm, and will bring a blend of her hit songs and patriotic favorites to Nashville’s downtown festivities.

This year’s Riverfront Park free festivities will begin at noon with the free Family Fun Zone, presented by Coca-Cola, and featuring fun inflatables. Pre-show live music will take place from 3 – 6 p.m. featuring two-time IBMA Entertainer of the Year winners The Grascals with their Red, White and Bluegrass set at 4:00pm.

The official main stage concert will kick off at 7p.m. with the Fisk Jubilee Singers and the Nashville Symphony Orchestra performing the National Anthem followed by a special patriotic salute by Mayor Karl Dean, actor Barry Scott and the Nashville Symphony. Wynonna and The Gabe Dixon Band will continue through the night, performing for the masses. The evening will conclude with Nashville’s 4th of July fireworks dancing in the night sky to the rhythm of the Nashville Symphony (approx. 9:25pm). Hailed as one of the best fireworks displays in the nation, this annual event attracts more than 100,000 spectators to the beautiful Nashville riverfront.
