THE FOO FIGHTERS SOLD OUT WEMBLEY GIGS HIT THE BIG SCREEN

165,000 Foo Fighters fans will be joined by 50 cinema audiences on Tuesday, 24th June when Vue Entertainment broadcasts Foo Fighters' sold out Wembley Stadium gigs in High Definition and 5.1 Dolby Digital surround sound at 50 Vue Cinemas across the UK*.

Dave Grohl performed on stage with his Gibson Custom “Inspired By” DG-335 guitar which is based on his beloved Gibson Trini Lopez guitar. The guitar combines the bedrock authenticity of tradition with the power and passion of innovation. See the Gibson Custom “Inspired By” Dave Grohl DG -335 guitar here.

The two Wembley Stadium concerts took place on June 6th/7th, and sold out within 24 hours, making them the biggest headline performances of the band's illustrious career--as well as the biggest rock shows staged at the new Wembley to date. A highlight of the Wembley shows was the surprise guest appearance of legendary Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page and bassist John Paul Jones joining the band on stage to perform two classic Led Zeppelin tracks “Rock & Roll” and “Ramble On”. The Vue screenings will give fans who weren't able to get tickets the chance to see the Foo Fighters at their biggest, loudest and best. The 200,000-plus that saw the Wembley and Manchester shows will have the chance to relive the experience once again.

This will be the only chance to see Foo Fighters' Wembley extravaganza on the silver screen and in High Definition. Tickets are £12.50 and on sale now at www.myvue.com/foofighters
