Marfa, TX – Willie Nelson received a special custom made Gibson Guitar on Valentine’s Day at the “Willie Be My Valentine?” Concert to benefit Marfa Public Radio, NPR’s newest station in west Texas. The guitar was made from wood from an old Army Base in Marfa where Willie performed to raise money for the station, which began broadcasting on February 14. The guitar is part of Gibson’s Americana series.
