Olympic athlete Doriane Vidal from France, who won the silver medal at the 2002 Olympic Games in Salt Lake City for the half-pipe competition, stopped by the Gibson Club France on her way to compete in the 2006 Winter Olympics in Torino, Italy. Currently holding the championship title, Vidal poses with one of the many Gibson guitars on display for the athletes to enjoy in Sestrieres, Italy.

 

 

 

Olympic athlete Sandra Laoura gave France its first medal on Saturday when she competed in the acrobatic ski event. Now a bronze medal winner, Laoura also stopped by the Gibson Club France location to relax and enjoy the music of Gibson guitars.

 

 

 

 

 

 

French snowboard athlete Julie Pomagalski stopped by Gibson's Club France at the Winter Olympics this week to try out some of the instruments set up for all athletes to enjoy. Pomagalski, known as one of the most serious competitors also holds the 1999 world champion title.

  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Former Olympic gold medal winner (1988) Franck Piccard stopped by Gibson's Club France to relax during the games in Torino, Italy. The former alpine ski star is now a consultant for Eurosport and has also won numerous World Cup races.
