Profoundly moved by the devastation caused by Katrina, the Edge stopped by the Guitar Center in Los Angeles to raise awareness of the terrible impact the hurricane has had on the musicians of the Gulf Coast. Gibson Guitar and Guitar Center have pledged to raise $1 million for Music Rising, the relief campaign that the Edge has organized, through sales of the Music Rising Les Paul. The beautifully crafted, hand-painted Les Paul is built by Gibson and available through Guitar Center. All proceeds raised from sales will go directly to Music Rising.
