Gibson guitars are again the guitar of choice by the cream of the hottest U.K. and international bands, as voted by the music-savvy NME readers. Gibson Guitar artists the Kaiser Chiefs, Oasis, Franz Ferdinand, Green Day and the Magic Numbers are just a few bands amongst the nominations. Leading the way on the shortlist are the Kaiser Chiefs, with nominations in key categories Best British Band, Best Album, Best Live Band, Best Track, Best Video, Best Website, and Best DVD. Noel Gallagher is pictured with his Gibson Custom ES-355 while on tour in Tokyo. The Magic Numbers lead singer Romeo Stodart is pictured with his trademark Gibson ES-335 and the Kaiser Chiefs’ lead guitarist Whitey is pictured with his left-handed Gibson Les Paul Standard while on tour in the U.K. recently.
