The 24/7 service is  available online by e-mailing service.europe@gibson.com. The European Customer Service department, located in the Netherlands, is staffed by highly-trained musicians who are familiar with every aspect of Gibson’s inventory of brands. Customers who call or e-mail questions are now able to receive expert advice in Italian, Spanish, French, German, English, Dutch, and Portuguese. In the coming year, Gibson plans to explore opportunities to extend the same high-quality service to customers in Japan, China, and Korea
