James Denton, who stars as “Mike” on the ABC-TV hit primetime series Desperate Housewives” spent his summer vacation in Bozeman, Montana where he visited the Gibson Acoustic Division and spent time learning how his favorite guitar is made. Denton, an avid musician, added two more Gibson acoustic guitars to his collection during his stay in Bozeman and will return to Los Angeles late summer for a new season of "Desperate Housewives."

James Denton, a Nashville native, received his first acting role as “George Gibbs” in an on-stage production of “Our Town.” A few years later, Denton relocated to Chicago where he was quickly named one of Chicago’s best stage artists. Soon thereafter, Denton moved to Los Angeles and began work in film (“Primary Colors,” “Face Off”), TV (“The Pretender”) and continued with theater work as well (“A Streetcar Named Desire,” “The Diviners”).
