Gibson was on-hand to help Real Rock 101one celebrate its 12th Annual Earthday Birthday at Tinker Field in Orlando, FL (May 7). The annual outdoor concert celebration was sponsored by Jose Cuervo, and featured numerous national, regional and local rockers performing on two separate stages. Gibson was on-site, offering over 15,000 music fans and Real Rock 101one listeners access to the world of Gibson guitars, featured at The Gibson Custom Shop Traveling Exhibit.


Slash and Velvet Revolver

The main stage featured acts such as Velvet Revolver, 3 Doors Down, Breaking Benjamin, Alter Bridge, No Address, Dark New Day, Love Juice and Skindred. On the “Native Noise Stage” local and regional acts performed including Atomic Tangerine, Leave Calmer, Megaphone, Black Star Morning, 5 Billion Dead, Big 10-4, Head Heavy and Exit the Ride.

Gibson was the heavy hitter among vendors and exhibitors during the outdoor festival, with The Gibson Custom Shop Traveling Exhibit. The guitar pod featured the latest and greatest Gibson Custom guitar models which visitors could try out on the spot.
