For the next year, at least, Black Sabbath will traveling around the world on what’s being billed as their final tour. Will a new studio album follow, once the tour winds down? Bassist Geezer Butler clarifies earlier reports that he nixed the idea of making another Sabbath LP. “I was just being logical,” the bassist tells Rolling Stone. “At the time, we were given six months to write and record an album and I said, ‘There's absolutely no way we can do it in six months.’” Once the tour is complete, however, such constraints will no longer apply. “There's nothing stopping us from doing another album after the tour,” he says.
