Original Brit label, Ben Sherman and Gibson Guitar the world’s premier musical instrument manufacturer have collaborated to create the ultimate range of money-can’t-buy collectable Gibson guitars to celebrate their love for British music and style through the decades.

These one of a kind, bespoke designs will be showcased individually in all Ben Sherman stores globally from 15th October to 26th November 2007. Each unique Ben Sherman design was carefully decorated on a variety of Gibson models including the Les Paul, SG, Firebird, Thunderbird Bass and Flying V guitars.

Exhibited in its own dedicated window space, all 20 customised Gibson guitars can be viewed online at the Ben Sherman website and will be available to own via auction by placing bids at the website www.bensherman.com

Designed in collaboration with renowned guitar artist Philippe Dubreuille, the range of guitars are decorated with archival Ben Sherman prints including its iconic hounds tooth check, target logo and the Paul Weller Candy stripe.

Famed for making magical guitars for legends such as Iggy Pop, Noel Gallagher and The Clash for more than 20 years, Dubreuille creations are destined to become exclusive collectables for fashion and music lovers alike.

All UK Ben Sherman stores, located in Carnaby Street, Manchester, Lakeside and Birmingham, will auction the guitars in aid of the inspirational Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy charity. The other Gibson customized guitars can be seen in the Ben Sherman store windows in the following cities; New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Sydney – Australia, Melbourne – Australia, Dubai –UAE, Abi Dhabi –UAE, Seef Mall – Bahrain, Manila – Philippines, Paragon – Singapore, Sofia – Bulgaria and Al Manshar – Kuwait.
