Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Gibson Brands, Inc., the world’s premier manufacturer of musical instruments and professional audio equipment, is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and influencing the direct to consumer digital programs for our brands. You will work alongside with marketing, PR, and sales to build plans that drive sales, awareness, engagement, and traffic. This position will be a major contributor to the brands digital fluency to deliver the overall marketing goal of sell-through. The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Chief Marketing Officer, and will be a critical part of the team for establishing a digital presence within North America.

Primary Position Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed top and bottom line objectives for assigned categories
  • Create and oversee key digital marketing programs (Social, Search, SEO, Analytics, Customer Data, Retailer partner sites, Brand home site
  • Ensure consumer shopping journey is seamless in various digital touch points including e-commerce, e-retailers, Ratings and Reviews, social, search, CRM, mobile, Philips.com and Gibson.com.
  • Ensure the product catalog for Philips.com and new b2c e-commerce website is updated with products inventory and price
  • Track, adjust, and report the post mortem of these initiatives based on business goals scale opportunities across the organization; monthly report for digital post-campaign ROI evaluation.
  • Propose and share best practices or efficiencies with global digital community and implement in GI US
  • Collaborate with global digital team in running new b2c e-commerce web store by coordinating digital marketing campaigns and activities
  • Builds up digital marketing competencies to assist marketing peers in evaluating the viability of individual digital projects from a resource and budget perspective (for example: a site section that needs revision or media buying).
  • Change management: Lead best practice sharing and learning sessions to elevate the education of all relevant layers of management in CRM and Social Media.
  • Research and evaluate new processes to make the team run day-to-day operations more efficiently and collaboratively.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in all-relevant aspects of digital technology
  • Own the creative process and gain buy-in from the team on asset development and population.
  • Create and manage a full social and digital marketing calendar collaborating with retail partners, PR, and Influencer sites.
  • Oversee and coordinate all consumer focused efforts (CDJ), including (Social) touch points like Social networks, Rating and reviews, registration, care, mobile, e-commerce, (Social)
  • Ensure roadmap for features and functionality is always maintained
  • Ensures annual plans are created and aligned with the overall global digital strategy, marketing strategy, and WOOX HQ

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Digital Marketing.
  • Minimum 7 years of business experience at a digital agency or within a digital marketing team of a recognized brand.
  • Must be able to operate as a technical project manager and solve problems creatively across a variety of product categories.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of self-sufficiency and be able to work on individual projects, as well as those that require working with teams. Curious by nature, tolerant, fun, responds well to process.
  • Clear understanding of the portfolio brand and a vision to interpret, refine and implement the brand values into digital campaigns.
