We are currently seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist for EMEA, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Gibson is continuously growing and changing and for this demanding position Gibson seeks a dynamic and assertive out-of-the-box thinker!

Job Summary

The Compensation & Benefits Specialist plans, develops and oversees programs with regards to all benefits in the organization such as salary, pension, bonus, insurances etc. In this role you will work closely together with other (HR) functions to develop, optimize and implement solid Compensation & Benefits policies and processes. You will report directly to the HR Directior.

Highlights of Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for aligning the compensation and benefits programs and policies within Europe
  • Researches benefit plan issues with stakeholders and advises on a strategy and action plan
  • Will participate in several HR project groups to deliver a critical expert contribution
  • Ensure compensation policies and plans are in accordance with local and statutory requirements
  • Analyzing and benchmarking to ensure programs are current and market competitive

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor or Master Degree
  • International experience within the field of Compensation & Benefits
  • Strong knowledge of general HR processes and policies
  • International experience
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Highly proficient in both written and spoken English
