Your challenge: 

As the UK&I Sales Organization Lead you will be responsible and held accountable for our UK&I branch. The UK&I branch is part of one of the 3 European clusters. You will lead a team of 8 colleagues consisting a.o. of Business Development Managers, marketing and logistic specialists. In this role you will report to the VP Business Development.

Job responsibilities:
  • Manages the sales function in the UK&I in order to maximize sales, volumes and revenues
  • Is responsible for UK&I P&L and monitors and improves profitability & forecasting accuracy, AR position, excess stock
  • Defines and executes the commercial and distribution strategy in conjunction with marketing, cluster and BU management. Manages the distribution- and channel mix according to the agreed criteria.
  • Responsible for sales and commercial partnership with customers in a country or key market, for a specific product portfolio. Responsible for creation and implementation of the national sales strategy and the Sales Plan, including sales forecasts.
  • The UK&I Sales Organization Lead UK&I leads, directs, motivates and coaches the sales team
  • Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company. Builds a great working environment for the employees. Attracts, develops, retains, and motivates the talent needed to be a world class, high performing team.
  Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors or master in business or marketing or related field required  
  • 20% international and 20% national travel to customers required
  • Very pro-active, results oriented and takes ownership of goals and objectives
  • People manager with experience in leading, coaching and motivating individuals.
  • Highly effective collaborator with internal as well as external resources
  • Proven experience in UK business development with multiple product lines is required as well as a proven ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Knowledge of the music industry would be a plus
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
