Business Development Manager Nordics

Your challenge:
A Business Development Manager is responsible for realizing business growth and related sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with regional dealers and distributors and works closely together with the Sales Organization Leader Nordics and the regional team in Nordics
 
Job responsibilities: 
Responsible for the sales and margin delivery of your assigned customers and territories / regions
Create and implement business plans per customer with all relevant KPI’s (including Sales and Margin)
o Drive the review process, development and implementation of distribution, pricing and promotional strategy
Identify and prioritize new customers in Retail and B2B channels
Partner with Product management and Business management to provide input into product development, planning and activation
Responsible for customer forecasting / demand planning
Drive our customer awareness and implementation of planogram concepts as a tool to grow business and strongly position the Philips brand
Partner with the local sales organization leader in leveraging both Distributor and Sales Organization capabilities for the benefit of Gibson brands.
Collect, filter and share relevant local market insights on consumers, channels, customers and competition with the relevant Business Lines
Follow up on operational topics with Customers and Business Line team. Be the customer’s voice within Gibson Innovations and Gibson Innovation’s voice with the customer
Create customer specific pricelists based on parameters set by the Business Line
 
Job requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development and key account management with proven track record in generating sales and profitable growth
Excellent communication and linguistic skills
Independent, structured and reliable
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent knowledge of English. Another Scandinavian language is advantageous.
Strong online affinity
Experience in working effectively in a multinational corporation
Regular travel is required
Results driven, eager to develop and self-motivated
