Job responsibilities:
 *Responsible for sales and margin delivery of assigned territories / regions
Assure business plans are met or exceeded (all relevant KPI’s including Sales and Margin)
Drive review, development and implementation of distribution, pricing and promotional strategy
Identify and prioritize new distributors and direct accounts in Retail and B2B channels
Partner with product management and Business management to provide input to product 
Responsible for customer forecasting / demand planning (where applicable)
Drive distributors awareness and implementation of planogram concepts as a tool to grow business and strongly position the Philips brand
Partner with local sales organization in leveraging distributor and SO capabilities for the benefits of Gibson brands.
Collect, filter and share relevant local market insights on consumers, channels, customers and competition with Business Line
Follow up on operational topics with customer and Business Line team. Be the customers voice within Gibson Innovations, and GI’s voice at the customer
Create customer specific pricelist based on parameters set by Business Line
 
 
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in business development and key account management with proven track record in generating profitable growth
  • Experience in working effectively in a multinational setting
  • Frequent travel is required
  • Results driven, eager to grow, self-motivated Able to work independently under remote leadership 
  • Strong influencing skills
  • High proficient in both written and spoken English
