This position is based in Nashville, TN. Qualifications: - A minimum of 1-2 years related EDI experience.
- Sound knowledge of EDI standards and processes in business applications.
- Working knowledge of basic X12/UCC/VICS transactions and standards.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries and complaints from users, vendors and customers.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus.

- EDI trading partner setups
- Defining/creating document mapping requirements
- VAN interconnect requests
- EDI standards upgrades
- User support
- Monitor daily EDI messages
- Managing acknowledgments
- Administering process (including Business recovery) and documentation
- System performance
- Be pro-active in maintaining a smooth flow of mission critical data throughout all networks.
