Gibson Musical Instruments is rapidly growing by expanding market share and international acquisitions. The company seeks to dominate the musical instrument industry in all categories. We are seeking an aggressive team member to direct our financial function. We seek a seasoned professional capable of directing activities to achieve growth and financial profitability via acquisitions, mergers and/or divestitures. History of ability to negotiate and optimize value in business situations is required. International and IPO experience preferred Individual will be responsible for: - Communicating with Financial Analysts, financial institutions, CEO and Board of Directors.
- Coordinating activities of divisions/depts. to effect operational efficiency and economy.
- Ability to structure finances and deal with investment banks and other financial institutions
- Directing and implementation of world class financial systems
- Analyzing division, department budgets, acquisition targets, etc.
Ideal candidate will have a Masters in Business Administration and 10 years exp. in a position of a similar nature. Position will be based in the Nashville, TN - Gibson World Headquarters.

World leader in musical instruments is seeking an exceptional individual to lead its Human Resources function for the corporation. Qualified candidates will have experience in a wide range of HR functions within organizations spanning both domestic and multiple international locations. Professional experience with executive recruiting, benefits administration, organizational development and mergers & acquisitions is required.
The position oversees the HR staff at corporate office and multiple domestic and international divisions, and serves as a strategic partner with the executive team. The HR Director will lead and participate in development, implementation and oversight of corporate policies and procedures, employee programs and change management initiatives.
Requirements: Ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of progressive HR career growth coupled with exceptional leadership, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills along with a strong professional presence, and is motivated by a fast paced, change driven entrepreneurial culture. BA/BS in Business or Human Resources required, MBA preferred.
