Gibson Musical Instruments (the world’s premier manufacturer of musical instruments and gear) is seeking a qualified, experienced Corporate Staff Accountant to work in their Nashville, TN based World Headquarters. Responsibilities Include: - Prepare US accounting records for international ER offices
- Maintain tax files, perform basic tax research and assist in annual tax data collection
- Assist in Corporate accounting functions such as journal entry preparation and entry, research projects and account reconciliations.
- Back up for cash account reconciliation and Sales and use tax filings
- Non profit accounting.
Experience required:- 3 – 5 years public, tax and or corporate accounting experience
- Non profit accounting experience desirable.
Education: BS on accounting or equivalent. CPA or CMA desired.
